Jared Pope, my Specialist for my Aeration service was AWESOME!!! Jared didn't just pull up, jump out, run the machine and move on, but he took time to educate me on how to get the most out of my service treatment, and how to prepare to allow his work to provide me the best service once he performed. After he was done he double checked to ensure I was happy with the work done and answer any remaining questions I may have. TruGreen has a definite GEM of an employee in Jared!!! Were I not already a satisfied TruGreen customer, purchasing multiple services from the company each year, Jared would have DEFINITELY made that relationship and cemented my loyalty!! My lawn looks good, although I don't think Trugreen is good about diagnosing and treating problems like fungus. At least they ignored it in my neighbor's lawn when he used Trugreen and ignored it in my lawn also.

On 8/14/2017 Carl Wood re-serviced our lawn in Edgemont, AR. He did a GREAT job! He was very thorough and very knowledgeable.
Notification prior to treatment days; staff are very professional and friendly.
The last treatment for broadleaf weeds, however, missed about 2 feet along the edge of the curb. Otherwise, we continue to be pleased with the treatments and results.
Specialist Matthew Gordon came to do a follow up lawn service, he explained that another follow up service would be needed due to the type weeds I have in my yard. He was the first specialist to inform me of this. I appreciate his work ethic and based on him I would recommend TruGreen.
Ryan very confidently answered all my questions about the condition of my shrubs, identified what was going on and what he was treating for today and as a bonus gave some recommendations about what would work well in my landscaping which is rabbit and shade challenged in the backyard!!
