Most time I do not see the technician, but when Kenneth came to service my lawn on January 25, he rang my doorbell and waited there until I responded. He explained what he was going to do, and after he finished, he brought the summary to me and told me what he had actually done. Kenneth was very professional and answered the questions I asked.
They do a great job and always leave a marker in the yard to let me know that they have been there.

For years. I had a problem with wild onions and broad leafs. TruGreen got rid of them.
If new weeds or persistent weeds appear after treatment, technicians return for further weed
control when notified. Some of the techs usually ring the bell to let me know when they arrive.
If I am at home, I appreciate this because I can inform them about problem spots or ask questions. The tech who performed this service I think his name was Robert Wood,( not sure
of the first name). He rang the bell to let me know that he was about to perform the lawn service. Very courteous man.
WE LIKE THE COURTESY, ATTITUDE, AND EFFICIENCY OF THE SERVICE PERSON. HE NOTIFIES US WHEN HE ARRIVES AND LEAVES BY RING ING THE DOORBELL AND TELLING US WHAT WE NEED TO KNOW ABOUT WHAT HE DID AND ANY PROBLEMS.

It makes my lawn look better. My lawn has a long way to go, especially in the backyard and you're helping it get there.
TruGreen sent Specialist Laken McCoy to service my yard on 2/1/18. Is it possible to have her on my route permanently? She rang my doorbell, just as she always does, explained what applications would be applied to my yard, then went to work doing her job.
When she finished, rang my doorbell to tell me that I had fire ants starting in two or three places in my yard. She explained to me that TruGreen has an application plan for ants.
I signed up for the plan all due to Specialist McCoy bringing this to my attention.
It is a relief knowing that I had a professional doing their job. If you could please put her on my route, I would greatly appreciate it.
