My Specialist is Tyler Crowe. He is doing a very good job on my lawn. He always greets me when I see him. He is very thorough in his work. I appreciate the work he is doing to get my lawn in good shape. He is the best Trugreen Specialist that I have had in the last 10 years.
I had a sprinkler service today and as usual, Kenneth Banks provided excellent customer service.
I just received the second treatment for my lawn. Mr. Carl Wood was the gentleman who treated the lawn. He and I walked around the yard, and he pointed out the various types of grass growing as well as weeds. He reminded me of how to "fix" bare spots, what type of grasses would grow quickly, why areas of grass need to die, etc. He was willing to spend time with me and share his knowledge to help my lawn become better. He also recommended the tree and shrub treatments offered by TruGreen after I asked him to look at one of our trees.
I'm feeling confident that with patience on my part, our lawn will be one I can be proud of. I appreciate people who know what they're doing in the service industry - I believe I've found the solution to my lawn problems!

Kenneth Banks and Ryan Chambers are both great. Ryan handles my tree and shrub services and is always very attentive and approachable. He always has good advice.
Kenneth handles my sprinkler service and always exceeds my expectations. Even though he has had a long day driving out of town for commercial services, he keeps his word and his appointments. It does not matter if it’s raining like crazy and it’s well after business hours he make sure to come and take care of my sprinkler system and I appreciate his commitment to providing great service.
My lawn service specialist is Rodney Wade and he is all about getting the job done. He is not a person of many words and he never tarries.

This is the first tech that called to get direction to our house (which is hard to find). If he will continue to be the person who services our lawn we will probably stay with you... We have ask that the GM from Little Rock to please call us regarding our service...don't understand why the Gm does not call...Maybe you need a new GM...but keep J Pope !!!!!
