Rodney introduced himself to me and explained what service he was performing. He was very pleasant.
I asked him about some brown spots that I had noticed in my front yard and in the yards of several neighbors. He said that he did not know the cause of the brown spots but would ask his supervisor about them.
I liked that the service tech, Rodney Wade made sure to let me know he was there.

This year your service men have given me great info about my yard that i did not know before. .Also this year my yard is looking better than it ever has. This will be the first spring and summer following our TruGreen service and hope to see great results. The specialist that came today James Caden was very nice and professional.
Recommendation though to make the rate my specialist tab easier to be found when we want to rate the specialist. The form they provided to take the survey the directions are not correct and it took too long to find and almost gave up. The instructions said log in on the right side there is a tab Rate your specialist then click take survey. I never found this tab.

I would like for someone to call before the tech shows up for service due to the fact he cannot get into my back yard, he was able to do the service today only because I was at home.

Our latest specialist James Caren did an excellent job of really working to cover our yard to the edges and not just the center. He was a real worker and you could tell he was really trying to do a professional job!
Rodney did a real good job today. He explained what he was dong and why. He also stressed the importance of watering the fertilizer in if there was no rain.
Kenneth Banks was very helpful with my questions and did a thorough job. Very pleased with him.
