I would like the information packet to be taylored to the specific house. We have pets and there are no instructiins on how to handle our pet's needs if the lawn gets done. It would be nice to have an email sent the day prior to treatments to make arrangements.

I observed my specialist First name removed treat my lawn this morning. Cones out, flashers on, engine off, chock block out, double-knock, attentive service with even some manual weed pulls, and a good follow-up conversation with me after. First name removed was a great example of a desirable customer-facing associate!

I've generally had great results over the 7 years that I've used the service and any time I've had an issue they've been quick to come and take care of it. Customer service has generally been very pleasant to deal with when needed as well.

I like the beautiful results in my front and back yard. The grass is so green and lush. I like the information packet left by the Technician, whenever a service is performed. I also liked the availability of the Technician when I had questions.
