I like that they always call to alert me to visits. They use good chemicals appropriate for the time of year and for the needs of my lawn and bushes. Tech are on time and just go about their work in a timely manner.

Treatments work well
All your techs seem to do a good job. This is our firs year with you so I'm anxious to see what our lawn will look like this summer. I'm hoping for a lot of weed control in the lawn. Do you provide mole control? Now that you are treating our lawn we have a lot of moles!!
That they know what they are doing and do it well
This was just my first treatment, but Julio Espada did an excellent job of explaining what he was going to do, and he answered all of my questions, including how to keep my dog safe from the chemicals. He treated the lawn quickly and left everything in good condition.
I always know when you are arriving so I can make sure you have access to the yard. I like that we can prepay for the year of service. The lawn looks great.

You do great work in my yard. This year it was a very bad, bad brown and so much looked dead. One man came out and sprayed something on it last month or the month before and now it is green and had to mow it already as it grew so long. There are still some bad spots that need to be replanted but most of it is great. Love you people
