I had service done today by Aaron Sisson and he did a great job. The first time I seen a application applied that covered the whole lawn.
No mosquitoes! Efficient, on time
the fertilizing part, the weed part is a little to be desired! it is a never ending battle.to have the weed portion taken care of! I'm always told that the tech does not have the product on the truck or that they are not certified to do the weeds!! I have been with your company at our currant. Address for 11yrs, we used you even as renters in places so for about a total of almost 15yrs! We have NEVER had issues like we have had in the last few yrs,
My grass has been destroyed in several areas by your tech a few yrs back the summer that it was 100 degrees, a young tech came and I questioned him about using the spray with the horrible temp he said it will be ok well it was NOT and it took me months to get that fixed! now for the last couple of yrs I always have to do a return call to have a tech come back out to do the weeds.
I'm paying for the fert & weed control not just one or the other and I must continue to battle to get it done!
I live in a gated community of 12 homes, you had 7 of us at one time do to the way my beautiful yard looked, until they could not get the 2 services that were promised and payed for they have all since left your company.
My husband begs me to cancel service with you guys and do it ourselves, however I keep hoping that the service will get back to what it was yrs ago! it is certainly getting hard to defend this with him much longer!!
I find it very sad that Tru Green makes enough money that you can afford to lose customers do to not getting the service in which they were promised and paid for!! 6 homes here alone! ouch!!
If it does not change very soon we will be leaving also, with all the weeds that my husband had to go dig up this week waiting for you to come back out to do weed treatment today, I can not defend this any longer with him!!
The techs have always been very nice and professional and have taught me a lot over several years, however again the service is not as it use to be!!

Our Specialist was Nathaniel Johnson. He did great!!! Also, he was very professional and knowledgeable. Gave us some good advice on when/how to water our lawn after he applied the fertilizer. Great dude.

Most of the things that are done seem to be keeping my front yard thick and green. But my backyard is pretty overly dry in places.
Also I need at least a one day notice before coming out.
