Lawn looks much better. Side section still has more weeds compared to the front.

My lawn in the front is not as green as it should be. Not even close. At this point it’s not worth having this service. The last time someone came out they left no signs like they usually do an I can’t even tell if they fertilized the back yard. I’m so mad about how bad my front yard looks that I’m actively seeking to learn how to fertilize just so I can cancel. Great service has turned into a waste of money. Even the survey is broken. I didn’t want to give your service a 10. Very angry service member

Friendly service folks. The scheduling would be better if I had a better time window for the day. I know I don't need to be here, but I like to meet new service techs since they sometimes take the hard route to the lawns instead of the easy routes. A shorter window is probably not possible since you don't really know how long previous service calls will take.

The staff that come to my home are always incredibly friendly and respectful of my plants :) I love the text reminders for upcoming services.

Things are good. I would like to remove the tree and shrub services moving forward though. I no longer need the insect spray of the tree and shrub service and would like to cancel that portion. Also, this is the 3rd year with TruGreen and would love some recommendations as to why my lawn looks the same as it did before TruGreen. It is obvious some things are not working and I would like to know what I need to do.

The employes

Along the edges and within the lawn, we have various types of clover and buttercups. I know, after several re-treats and the field manager coming out, that you can only do so many weed treatments per year. Because I like a nice lawn, with no weeds, I go out and pick them out, by hand. If there is anything else I can do, please let me know. If you need to spot treat, please let me know, also. Thanks.

My grass looks great. I would have given you a ten but I still have some moss in the grass in the back yard. That should have been taken care of during the Spring.

I appreciate the Cassie who sprayed mosquito defense for us this time. In the past, I have not been happy with a few of the spray people. I watched Cassie Pearson (name on Service summary) spray and she did a thorough job. She also showed concern about our dogs and pond. Her customer service was excellent. I would like to request her to be the one to spray for us each time this year.

The last technician who came by to spray and treat my lawn against weeds showed up while it was raining. I asked him if the treatment would work. He said, “he would put a note to repeat the treatment on the next visit”. Thank you.
