Rebecca Durfee treated my lawn today and what a pleasure it was to have a small conversation about what she was doing and the treatment she was applying. As a first time customer, I appreciate Rebecca taking the time to explain what the expected result should be and what to do if it isn't. With employees this this, I'm sure to sign up for next year.

Please let the man that serviced my lawn today, that he must close the gates behind him. I was home when he came to the house and realized that he entered the backyard on one side and left the yard on the opposite side, leaving the first gate opened. I have small dogs and they like to run.

Come on schedules, extra service for reporting weeds. Worry free. I have services for about 20 years now.
I like the technician, Charles Gizzard, that applies the applications. He is polite and keeps me up to date with the issues on my trees and shrubs. He is polite and seems to care about my concerns if I see any problems. TruGreen is in a heavily involved customer service industry and the application specialist is why I stay. I was truly disappointed when Greg Cooper wasn't taking care of my trees and shrubs this year but Charles has been just as engaging if not more so in making sure the trees and shrubs are healthy.
