Janet Riggs did a wonderful job today and did a review of my lawn and stated she would get someone to reseed the lawn as I have some bare spots. Her service was exceptional and I would like for her to continue the service.

I'm giving a 10 only for the visit I had today with Terrance F that visited today. He has me sold on being help to feel good about my lawn if he can follow through on what he spoke about today.
Right now, would i refer TruGreen to a friend, I'd score 0. My lawn has looked worse and worse each year since using your services. Yard looks terrible and is now infested with Bad Rye and bad tall fescue grass. Terrance says he can turn it around and he seems to know what he's talking about I hope this all works out.
I give Terrance a 10 though.
Frank (Branch #5797) serviced my lawn today and he took time to discuss thistle control and what I could try to alleviate them. He does a thorough job and gives attention to my lawn that is appreciated. He is also very professional and very personable. Thank you Frank for taking the time to answer questions today.

I talked to Janet Riggs on the phone and then met her in person. I showed her where the weeds still were after the first treatment and she was vary nice and accommodating. I feel if I have other issues, she will listen and react.
Nice yard but very high prices compared to anyone else.
Satisfied with service. Have been contacted by competitor but told them I had no reason to change and would not unless Trugreen gave me a good reason to do so. Keep up the good work.

It would be nice if at the beginning of the season you took soil samples and then customized the programs based upon the actual composition of the yard, rather than a 'one size fits all' approach.
Would like it if you offered 'overseeding' services for bare or thin spots.
Aeration and grub service prices are way above what others charge. So I typically have those done by other providers.
You tell us when our appointment is and communication is good about our problems/positives for our lawn and trees.
