Current tech is great! Still not happy about your company burning out my backyard this past year. Grass is still not coming back in. Grass seed was a nice jesture, but I feel that you should have been responsible for overseeding it, since you were responsible for the damage. I have also not been really happy about the weed control efforts at times.

The servicman Ronald H. was great! He rang my doorbell and explained what he was going to do and if i had any questions or concerns, and made sure my gates were closed when he finished. My previous service dates, no one rang my bell and explained. thank you to Ronald H.
Receive text on day of treatment along with estimated time of arrival. Can ask questions about service and treatment, if I'm at home. Summary left after each treatment explaining what service was provided, what treatment was focused upon, and if there was anything I needed to do such as watering more or too much.
Great on lawn care
I like that the services are "automatic" according to what I have chose and paid for. Having said that, what I don't like is that when the technician notices weeds in the yard that TruGreen is there to treat that I have to call back and schedule another appointment. If the technician notices the weeds how about you contact me and ask if I want them treated?
You did everything I expected and more. Lived up to Ur end of the agreement. My lawn looked the best it has in over 10 years! In fact, it went from hard to look at to comparable to a well manicured fairway on a plush golf course. Your service is well worth the investment.

I prepaid for all services at the beginning of the year at the agreed upon amount, and now I find a charge for $4.44 due. That is not acceptable. I have called into customer service and told them that I refuse to pay more than I originally agreed to.
Notifications of when services are to occur are good, and you're flexible to adjust services (like in the fall when leaves are covering the ground).
I appreciate the cordiality of the technicians who service our lawn and shrubs; they are very graacious to us as customers!!

text reminders of upcoming service which prompts me often of the need to reschedule for various reasons. I appreciate the instructions how quickly the lawn needs watering following the treatment.
