You come to service my lawn and shrubs when you say you will. The personnel are cordial and know their business. My lawn and shrubs look good.

The products seem to work well. Grass grew well from fertilizer and weed control was fairly good ~ 80%. The treatment for sedge was lower 40-50%. Thew tech forgot to place a flag following one treatment for fertilizer and weeds. Also, the last treatment appeared to me to be haphazard in the placement of product. I can't say the entire surface was covered.

what I like about your service is that it keeps my lawn at a healthy level, although because of heat right now not looking very good. I was concerned about your billing payment on the website. I had set it up for payment on my credit card and did not realize that i had to set up the different treatments separately. That is why I was concerned with the billing for the lawn not paid on my credit card. I spoke to Angelo today and he clarified your billing process. I also like that you call and let me know when service is scheduled.

If you are treating my trees and shrubs consistently why are there always insects/mites and disease on them. i would think when you treat them they die or the disease goes away? First name removed
