I am new to your service, so I haven't much experience. However, I was pleased with the person I spoke with on the phone that signed me up. Sorry, I don't remember his name. I was also very pleased with Kyle Yaeger this morning. He was very friendly and offered to answer any questions I might have. I will have to reserve judgment on what the service does for my lawn until I have received more treatments and see how the lawn looks. So far, so good.
Ethan is very good to work with. I trust him. I do wish we could get a few more days heads up when they are taking care of our lawn.
