My main goal in having a lawn service has been to control the abundant weeds that plagued my lawn. TruGreen has accomplished this, plus giving me a healthy looking green lawn. Of course Mother Nature has done her part by supplying abundant rain, but without the treatments from your service people it would not look as nice as it does even with the rain we've had so far this year. I've never been a dedicated lawn person, constantly out spraying and watering and trimming, etc, but I do appreciate a nice lawn, which I believe I have now thanks to TruGreen.
The only thing that would be better would be if my neighbors used your service, too. I have been guilty of pulling up their weeds (dandelions) on the sides of my yard mainly just to stop the fluffy white seeds from blowing into my yard and undoing your work that I pay for. I have never been able to catch your service people and have been sleeping or not at home when they are here, but they do a great job, so please pass that on to them.

Consistency Willing to return to kill grab grass last year Realize it should have been noticed and taken care of on a regular basis which it was not but at least someone else came with the correct chemicals and completed the job. The grass was a mess with so much killed at once in the late summer and we're still working on new grass but ....time will tell Thanks for asking I did not contract for the tree/shrub service 2017 as it did not make an effective difference the previous 3-4 years One tree rotted last year and now needs to be removed and replaced costing over $600.
I like getting advance notice about service -- you do this with the lawn but missed it for the insect control visit.
Keeping us advised when you are coming. We are getting some weeds. Asked the service man about it he told me it was too hot but the next time he would bring the truck with liquid weed killer. Makes sense! Our yard looks a lot better than it did at the start of summer.
I like my serviceman Albert and the manager Brian, the best. Yard burnt by previous serviceman but Albert shows attention to detail and managers have adfressed all my concerns beyond my expectation. Fine team for quality and thouroughness Six Sigma at corporate level but have to bring concerns to manager for action. Albert is the best!
