it was good to talk to my specialist today. We had a conversation about the procedure of putting down the preemergent mixture on the lawn this early in the season and that this is the first year for it to be done. I researched my records and found that is not true. On 02/28/2017 specialist Josh Hyden applied the same mixture to the lawn.The only difference is that he applied 15 pounds to my 5000 sq ft lawn and this year my receipt reflects that Specialist Shane Morris applied 12.85 pounds to my 4283 sq ft lawn. Did my lawn shrink over this past winter?
Other than my previous statement, I look forward to my 2nd year with TruGreen.

Service people always notify us they have arrived. always come as advised by phone. service people always go about their work quietly, completing work quickly. The services provided do what they are advertised to do. We had no dandelions or other weeds since purchasing your services. The grass is greener, thicker, and has no bald spots, no crabgrass. I have noticed neighbor's yards have few or no dandelions, even though they are not serviced by anyone. Cleaning out dandelions on our yard helped the neighborhood.

Staff inter act with you
I am very specific about wanting them to let me know when they are coming out so I can cover my organic garden. Prentiss was agreeable and has followed through with letting us know each time. He calls ahead of time before he arrives, giving me time to cover my plants.

I don't know if this is possible, but, there are a lot of "pellets" or whatever it is that he sprays out on our driveway. Could he possibly keep as much of the those "pellets" on the yard as possible.
