Service is great but right now I could use an interim spray as I get bitten constantly.
The personal touch. I try to go outside and talk with the technician to be sure I understand what is being done to my lawn, and they are always knowledgeable and friendly.
Today's technician was Matthew, and he was particularly helpful and answered all my questions. I hope he will be able to service my yard again.

Efficient service
My lawn has always been a bit tricky - not enough soil, too much sun, etc. For many years it has been patchy, with alot of brown. dying, or dead spots. As a result of True Green's work this year it is much improved (the cooler weather has helped some), but the service and attention has been more specific and focused. Really appreciated.

Mike is our tree and shrub professional. He does a great job. He is always willing to answer any questions that we have about the our plants. TruGreen is lucky to have a man of his caliber.
A few reasons:
1) Great communication and notification about when you will coming and if you need to reschedule, I get notified. This allows me to work around cutting my lawn which I prefer to do prior to your visit so i don't have to cut my lawn after you have come. I prefer to let the treatment take effect and also feel it is better to have the lawn cut prior to your visit to ensure maximum penetration on my lawn.
2) Love the new machines which allow the lawn care specialist to cover my full lawn. When they have to walk the lawn, i feel they do not get full coverage and are more apt to get the treatment done quicker and I don't get the same quality treatment. This machine allows the specialist to do lots of lawns without getting tired and providing the best coverage.
3) I love the full report on my lawn. I realize this takes time and is probably the worst part of the job for the specialists, but it really helps the homeowner and makes me feel better informed on my lawn needs and treatments.
4) I have always found the specialists pleasant and approachable. Always seemed well trained and knowledgable about my lawn care and seem to be customer service focused.
Advance notice of appointments the day before and showing up as promised to perform the service
Yesterday, Jeremy Driscoll applied a lawn fertilizer and insect control. I noticed he didn't miss any spots. I also noticed he did a thorough job on my wild violets, which have been driving me crazy, on his previous visit. They are almost all gone!
