The only complaint that I have is that they were stingy on the grass seed with the aerating and over-seeding.

Customer concerns are addressed in a timely manner and commitments are kept, which is big for me personally. It is easy to contact customer service via chat and phone. Service technicians are in general very professional and provide great service, with few odd exceptions when service was not at par with quality expected but not a norm.
I like that I don't have to remember when the lawn or tree applications are needed. I get the email a day ahead and everything is taken care of. I am often not home when the technician comes, but when I am, they are always friendly and answer any questions that I may have.
