I really like the service you provide however, I was not happy with some of your technicians. I have camera around my house and I would watch how some of your technicians wouldn't even code the property completely with the application. They would run up once or twice then leave. I contacted the office to complain so it's gotten better. It's terrible to have employees that don't take there jobs seriously!! They only destroy the company brand they work for

I do want to point out the person who provided service for my trees/bushes he's so attentive of his job!! He have always made sure when applying the application it's done correctly!! He also has the best customer service!! Better keep him !!

I had concerns with the condition of my lawn and was most disappointed in the phone rep's response to my call about my concerns. However, after sending in my feedback using the company website) regarding my lawn and my phone experiences, I was very pleased that Charlie O'Connell (Cust. Experience Manager) contacted me. He was helpful in both reading my feedback and acting on the concerns I expressed by reaching out to me. He scheduled a time to visit to meet with me, which is a service that goes a long way! When he came to my home, he reviewed the condition of the lawn and answered my questions. He then explained the situation and the steps to need to be taken.
Had it not been for Charlie O'Connell and the personal visit to see and listen and explain what can be done, I would have ended my contract with TruGreen after being a customer for many many years. I appreciate the personal connection since the phone and website, while helpful and convenient, do not replace the need for real customer attention, seeing the lawn situation and really listening to the customer. Thank you for redeeming my confidence in the company

This spring my neighbor was on his second application and we had not had one! So I contacted TruGreen and the associate was more than helpful! Mistakes happen but when it is brought to the company's attention and they immediately respond...that is good service!

Keeps lawn looking decent.

I love the results,I love to see my grass greener than my neighbors. I feel some workers or all should use there cellphones for navigation verses the GPS from company truck as my address appears different. I like to always see the same faces doing the job verses different. I would differently recommend to family and friends.
