Only issue was a credit card issue that I was not aware of. For some reason although card was valid is did not go through several times and would have been appropriate to call me.
Customer concerns are addressed in a timely manner and commitments are kept, which is big for me personally. It is easy to contact customer service via chat and phone. Service technicians are in general very professional and provide great service, with few odd exceptions when service was not at par with quality expected but not a norm.

Very thorough spraying of large lot with many trees and shrubs and large grassy areas.
Non toxic product which is safe for us and pets and leaves no noticeable odor.

I like that I don't have to remember when the lawn or tree applications are needed. I get the email a day ahead and everything is taken care of. I am often not home when the technician comes, but when I am, they are always friendly and answer any questions that I may have.

You sometimes need to come back out or have something that needs to be addressed but you always address it. No matter the industry, sometimes problems occur. The key is how they’re handled.
