Good (great) customer service and communication are very important to me. I feel that the people that work for TruGreen are very considerate to us in all aspects. The communication, updates and follow-through from Evelyn Putnam are efficient, polite and easily understandable. If we ever have any questions, she follows through and finds the answer or connects us with the appropriate people. Those that come to do the work on are property are very conscientious and
neat. They are professional and courteous. The sisters of Presentation of Mary are very happy with the service and the people who carry out their work.

It was done early in the season and appears to have covered the entire area. I’m sorry I missed you as I have a question about a patch over the septic holding tank that filled In with a green weed over the winter. My question is 1. should it be dug out and replanted, 2. What is it and where did it come from? It’s almost exactly the size of the holding tank.

In most instances, technicians are very informative with information. They respond to my questions with great and accurate responses. What I am very disappointed in is that applications, i.e. grass seed and fertilizer is scarcely applied. Last application I could actually count the individual elements deposited in any given area. More care needs to be devoted to sprays that are applied to shrubs and plants adjacent to our home. We seem to get a lot of our windows sprayed with our plants

I had the biggest complain against TrueGreen of Danbury Branch. After a lot of complains, finally, they are shaping up. I hope they got read-off. bad elements. I can tell last two years they have been doing a great job!! My neighbor has contacted the TrueGreen of Danbury to have their service.

So my fear is I hope they keep on improving their services!
