Speaking with Justin Greer from branch # 5110, who was over at my property to do a service, I expressed great discontentment about my patchy backyard and how it continued to suffer even after performing all the suggested services throughout last year. While I was about to cancel service, Justin assured me that I should give his team a chance to do another round of aeration and overseeding since there might have been a possibility that doing it in the fall might have caused the leaves on the ground to overshadow the benefit of the aeration. I have tall, seasoned and a hand full of trees in my backyard. Now I have to say, I was very impressed with the professionalism, knowledge, and in-depth analysis of Justin, who was quick to recognize the problem and help us work on a solution. He quickly reached out to his team who was also understanding to help address the problem by scheduling an additional service. Justin is nothing less than a superstar on the Truegreen team. I will be observing how things go for the next few months to see if there is improvement in my backyard. Service on my front lawn has been impressive thus far.
