Good customer service and implementation but sometimes it takes a couple of reminders and different associates you have to interface with for the same issue.
It may be better if you keep the customer help personal local!

I WANT TO EXPRESS MY THANKS AND SPECIFICALLY CALL YOUR ATTTENTION TO AND ABOUT YOUR EMPLOYEE EDDIE TALLEY; HE IS A TRUE PROFESSIONAL, COURTEOUS AND LIKEABLE. HE DOES HIS JOB EFFICIANTLY AND RESPECTS THE FACT THAT WE HAVE TWO DOGS AND THEIR SAFETY BEHIND THE GATES AND OF PARAMOUNT IMPORTANCE.
The serviceman comes and does his job. Everything looks fine at this point.

LUIS IS A MOST EXCEPTIONAL TECHNICIAN WHO TAKES GREAT PRIDE IN THE QUALITY OF HIS WORK. HE DOES A MOST THOROUGH JOB AND IS THE MAIN REASON I CONTINUE USING TRUGREEN. I HAVE RECOMMENDED HIM TO MY NEIGHBOR, JOHN THARRINGTON, WHO NOW ALSO WANTS LUIS TO DO HIS TREES AND SHRUBS. LUIS IS THOROUGHLY PROFESSIONAL AND TAKES GREAT CARE TO LEAVE DETAILED DESCRIPTIONS OF WHAT HE HAS NOTICED ON MY PROPERTY AND WHAT STEPS I SHOULD TAKE TO IMPROVE THE HEALTH OF MY LANDSCAPE.

The results for both the lawn care and tree/shrub services have produced excellent results; also, I appreciate getting the phone call in advance informing me of when the specialist will be at my residence.
The service technicians for tree and shrub as well as lawn care are friendly and know their business. They have been very helpful when I have questions and offer good, sound solutions. I have learned to trust their judgement though I cannot always afford to go with the best solutions.
The tech people are very knowledgeable and do their work in a timely manner. They are also polite.
I especially appreciate Caroline Voss for her extra care and knowledge regarding problems with my Laurals.
I continue to be very pleased with the service my technician, Diego Pradilla, provides when he comes to my residence. If I am available, he spends time discussing my lawn with me, explaining what service he is providing on that visit, and answers any questions I have. Additionally, he is familiar with my yard...I live in the back of a cul-de-sac and have a very odd-shaped lot. He is knowledgeable of my property boundaries. Therefore, I am always happy when he arrives to service my lawn and am confident that I will receive great service!

First service of the year today. Eddie Talley is the technician, and made a super first impression. Clearly he plans on taking care of my lawn! For the year! And making sure I'm happy!
He took the time to ask if I had any problems or issues, and very much came across as sincere - not just going through the motion. WELL DONE! This is exactly the customer service face you want me to remember when your competition is knocking on my door. He left me with the feeling that my lawn is going to be looked after, and well.

My lawn never looked better! The professionalism is also outstanding. I would never use another service.
I have to say that TruGreen always makes my lawn look wonderful. I am never displeased with their work. I have to say that the one time I didn't renew their services I really regretted it. My lawn became brown and truly unattractive. Now I have been using Tru Green for years and I intend to continue using their services. I'm sincere when I say that Tru Green has proven to me year after year that they really do know what they're doing when it comes to my yard and keeping it green and beautiful.

We had our 3rd TruGreen visit today. Our lawn is in bad shape and it is way too early to say it looks radiant but we continue to be impressed with the representatives that you are sending to our home. Mr. Hoffmaster parked his truck in front as we were returning home from errands. He provided plenty of clearance for our driveway and waited until we got out of our car and had gathered our packages before he approached us to introduce himself and explain the purpose of his visit today (lime application). He even asked if we had any questions or concerns. Later he knocked on our door to let us know that he had completed his work. He was very courteous and polite in his speech and demeanor. THANK YOU!
