Aja (my service provider) knocked on the door when she completed treating our shrubs and bushes, and then asked if I had any questions. When I asked her specifically about my concerns with my azaleas, she had answers for what I could do to the mulch, etc.
You give us a phone call in advance about the upcoming lawn service. This allows us to plan as may be needed. You respond to our questions quickly. Thank you.

I am very appreciative of Mr. Jason Lamary's efforts to prepare our lawn for spring growth. The fertilization and weed control he applied on 2/14/2023 was my first opportunity to talk with him. I found him to be very personable and conscientious about his work today, especially in explaining how this particular application will address the specific types of weeds we are now seeing in our yard. I am confident that his efforts will build on top of TruGreen's past treatments to contribute to the continued great condition our lawn is in. I hope that TruGreen management will assign him again to treat our lawn in the future.

Service was fine except Specialist, Michael Jinkins, didn't close my gate and our dog got out and scared person walking with dog and baby.

Dario Bailey provided the pre-emergent service to our property today. He came on time based on the TruGreen app and politely told me what service was scheduled for today. After the treatment was complete, Dario told me that since it was forecasted to rain in 2 days, I shouldn't have to water the lawn. Very professional service provided.

I could not locate the "rate your specialist" tab, so I am using this forum to say that Jasmine Chew did an excellent job on servicing my yard afternoon. She was extremely thorough in fertilizing my trees and shrubs, which was the purpose of her visit today, but when I pointed out some scale issues on several of the shrubs, she quickly responded by applying an oil treatment. Very much appreciated!
