I want to recognize Angela S. who came out on May 2nd to treat my trees and shrubs for insect and disease control. I was very impressed with her. She didn’t know I was watching and I observed how thorough and focused she was on making sure she got everything done. This employee is a “keeper”. Please make sure she knows my appreciation of her hard work.
I believe it is hard to find dedicated employees these days….so make sure she knows she is doing a fantastic job. If possible I would like to have her as my dedicated person to do my tree and shrub service and if she also does any lawn service as well.
I like that I get a call the day before a service is scheduled and that I get the name of the technician as well.
I also get a knock on my door upon the tech's arrival which gives me a chance to talk with him or her.
