Once again, I found him to be very personable and as well as conscientious about his work. I hope TruGreen management continues to assign him to service our trees and shrubs in the future.

Carolyn, who does my shrubs, is outstanding. She walks the yard with me and she answers any questions I have. She remembers my yard and notices any changes in the plants. She is very knowledgeable. I rely on her judgement and expertise to keep my yard in top shape.

This is the first application on this property and I think the specialist did not know the extent of my property line thereby did not apply treatment in some area. I had requested service late in the afternoon when I will be home just so I can show the specialist my property line but the application time on the receipt was 11:14 am ( I requested between 2-4pm)
