I liked how my service technician noticed that I had laid new seeds down so when he applied herbicide he avoided that area (since it retards growth of the new seeds). That focus and attention to detail is why I continue to use your services.
Grover (Branch #5110) did an outstanding job on the disease/insect control treatment. He was knowledgeable and willing to take the time to answer my questions regarding my concerns on some of the shrubs and whether there was any damage due to insects/disease. I would like to have him assigned as my TruGreen specialist for future treatments.

Daniel Green came out this morning to treat my lawn. I would really like to have him continue to treat my lawn all year. He walked the lawn with me and decided to just put fertilizer down on a newly seeded area and then the full treatment the next time. He his one of the nicest people to come out here.
The employees that take care of the lawn are always very helpful and the lawn is getting thicker and greener. I like the day before reminders and maybe would like them earlier than one day as I like to mow the day before you get here. I would like a schedule of all service appointments even though they may change due to weather etc.....so I can circle my calendar
