When Caroline approached the backyard she was very cautious not to let the dogs out. She made sure she locked the gate behind her at all times. - some other services have not done this in the past.

I had my first mosquito treatment yesterday morning. It rained in the afternoon and I was bitten on the neck in my front yard this morning.
The service man comes when you say he will. He is always pleasant and does his job. The plants appear to thriving.

James Hoffmaster does very good work. He seeks to understand the customer's wishes and or concerns and makes good effort to address the situation. Probably the best yard serviceperson I have every had.
The lawn looks good and if there is ever any issue, you fix it quickly.

Paul Morton from branch 5110 did a great job of applying my first round. I had Scotts for many years and within the last two years their service went downhill. I have faith in TruGreen with Paul as my technical.
Our specialist, Eddie, is doing an excellent job. We tried to find the survey (the directions on the notecard said that on the right hand side of the screen should be a tab titled "rate your specialist" but cannot see the tab ! Please advise as we would like to give Eddie (Branch #5110) a "10"
I just called for some special help with a fungus in an area that I don't normally treat because of pets. And was told no problem. I have been a customer for so long I don't know how many years. Techs are always friendly and willing to answer any questions
Met with the tree specialist while he was treating my trees and he was very friendly and very informative as to what he was doing and why.
MOsquito treatment works great and we are able to enjoy being in the yard again. And the grass treatments give us a lush green lawn

The specialist who treated my lawn today was careful and thorough in treating my lawn. Prior to this, I was concerned that the service that your company was not as expected. On prior treatments, I noticed that the technician appeared to "rush" the applications of product and appeared to miss many areas especially around the perimeter of my yard. However today's specialist,Lawrence kazouh #40525, did a careful and thorough application. This is what I expect from your company specialists. He came to my door to inform me of today's treatments and when finished came back to hand me today's service record. I hope Lawrence continues to be my service specialist.
