Lawn looking much better. Staff is always respectful of property. I'm not always home when service is performed but I was home today and got to speak with service technician Mario Robinson. Mario was very professional, explained exactly what he was doing today and what observations he had concerning my lawn. He also gave me what I thought were very good recommendations on additional steps I could take to strengthen my lawn and address some of areas where the grass is thin due to full shade.

My specialist, Joseph Kundler, does a thorough job of tending to my shrubs and trees. He works quickly and makes sure to cover all the growth. He even checked to make sure we got the watch he found on our front steps during an earlier visit and hung on our door handle. We did, but I was impressed that he took that extra step and then asked us about it.
