I have not received a copy of the service summary at my door in many months due to "computer problems" ( per the printout) so it was nice to know what was being dome without having to log on to my computer and then logging in to my account.

The products used for the lawn service work! My lawn is free of weeds and the grass is thick and a beautiful dark green. It takes time, and I'm so glad I've stayed the course. My lawn was full of weeds that I found unmanageable, but within two seasons, they're completely gone. My service technician, Edward Reid, is polite, professional and respectful of my property. Edward is knowledgeable about lawn service, and carefully explains my concerns with my lawn and the treatment.
