I want to thank Jeremy Ritenour the Service Manager for taking care of my aeration service and making me happy with the service. I was hesitant to have the service but after reaching out to Jeremy he convinced me he would send his team and they would take the necessary steps to ensure I was happy with the entire process. His team showed up, knocked and introduced themselves. They proceeded to mark my sprinklers and put down a layer of cardboard to ensure not to track up my driveway which must be crossed to access my back yard. As a senior especially I am very thankful Jeremy took the time and effort to listen and make sure I would be happy. Very happy with my service and I will continue as long as we have people like Jeremy willing to take the time to make sure things are right.
