This is feedback on TITUS.....He came to us to let us know we had way too much thatch in our lawn and he suggested to do an aeration. We trust him so so much that he will be honest with us that we did exactly as he suggested. We think he may be the most honest employee we've ever had work for us!!! He's just not out to 'make a buck' for you, he's here to make our lawn look like a million bucks and told us he felt we just needed to have this done in order to make the products he's putting down to do what they're supposed to do. Knowing him as we do....we had to just trust him. Why....because we just know he's as honest as the day is long!!! PLEASE don't ever allow this man to leave your company and go to another lawn care company. If he does....we will follow him!!!! That's just how much we trust in him. Titus...Thank you so much for allowing us to believe and trust in YOU and caring so much for our lawn. You ARE so much appreciated!!!

I am very satisfied with TruGreen and the service tech Titus Myers was very helpful and professional. I am impressed with how my lawn looks, it stayed green and lush all summer despite the dry weather. I also, have recommended TruGreen to one of my neighbors.

Although incoming text messages precede Specialist arrival (which I missed since I was deep asleep), I truly appreciated Joe STILL ringing my doorbell, respecting my request in the system, my desire to walk through Aeration and Seeding with Specialist.
They both were very polite, professional and ensured job and service were Perfecto!
