The professionalism of those that service the yard as well as the ease of service. We don’t have to contact the office for service, it is set up for the appropriate treatments at the right time based on our location type soil.

I would really prefer if only Randhir Chand is assigned to all my services. His feedback on important things that I need to pay attention to is invaluable. That is what a technician is supposed to do besides just spraying. It can be a one minute note on the paper or ring the door bell and quickly tell me what I should be watching out for. That way it ensures that we are not then disappointed if any plant dies due to lack of knowledge and neglect by customer.

We prepaid before the service began and that makes it less of a hassle each month.
The technician comes and goes quietly. We get a text a few days before the service and a text when the tech gets here and a text when the tech leaves. Seamless.
