What do you like about our services?

My account says my last lawn service was yesterday 7/13/17. I saw no evidence that I got my lawn service. There was no door hanger or lawn sign. The lawn applicator is supposed to call me before he arrives and I got no phone call. I have dogs in the backyard therefore I must be there to hold the dogs so the application can be applied. I was not even home yesterday. Can someone call me and let me know what is going on please? Phone number removed

Today, Randy Sanchez sprayed our yard...But before he got started he explained what he was going to do and why.. We still have a problem with our lawn...He said he would be back in two weeks to spray again..He really took his time and I really felt like he gave it a good soaking..I wanted to be sure you knew he did a great job...I just hope we can get rid of this mess killing my grass in the front yard. I have no problems with the service on my lawn. My biggest problem is I don't get phone calls before they come. I have called and tried to get it straighten out. It didn't work. Still no phone calls to let me know when they are coming. If I still had my son in law's dog, I would never get my backyard done.

Good service and our lawn is looking great.
However, we are still finding flying moths in our lawn that was treated last week. I asked Randy Sanchez, our technician, to particularly address this. I hope there is no turf damage due to the moths (or larvae) eating the roots of our turf.
