I like the way my grass looks and the service people are grat.

Calling the day before, knowledgeable technician (s) that are normally the same so they are familiar with you and your yard...and if there is a problem, will come back until problem is solved.

I don't have to figure out when to what to do when my lawn isn't what I want it to me. The cost is pricey, but for now I'm thankful for the service. My serviceman, Scott, is the best. He is knowledgeable, kind, and there when I need him. He needs a raise.

I am very pleased with the care and customer service being provided by TruGreen. I received a call from the local manager following a recent survey and she took the time to explain services and what I could expect. She was very professional and did not try to push additional services upon me. She listened to my concerns regarding care and the excessive communications, and immediately following our conversation, I noticed a change. The numerous "sales calls" stopped and the service techs started speaking with us when we were home. True customer service based upon feedback. I was planning to leave TruGreen after my initial services were complete, however, her care and customer support has changed my view. I look forward to continued partnership with TruGreen in helping to maintain my lawn care.

I was glad to see my service specialist Sean Guidry back on my route. He listens to me about my concerns. My lawn was looking its best ever until Sean was no longer on my route. I have been telling the other techs about my problem with sod webworms. My service on 9/19 did not address the webworms although I told the tech again I was still having the problem. The grass is my backyard is damaged now because of the web worms. I did not expect to see the types of problems with using TruGreen and was concerning stopping my service.

It was good to see Sean who had serviced my lawn from the beginning in 2016 back.. He listens and address all the issues. Hopefully with his help my lawn will look new again.

Scott is great. Friendly, professional and punctual.

Hello, my name is First name removed and its been 55 days since my last treatment. During that time we have endured record heat, high humidity and Hurricane Harvey with 50+ inches of rain. During that time there has been a return of brown patch, web worms, chinch bugs and a noticeable resurgence of button (with the white flowers) and other unwanted growths weeds. Scott Story expertly applied multiple featured liquid fertilizer and bug control to help the yard to recover. It has been a year since this remarkable service was started when the web worms and small moths decimated my yard. Scott Story has been a consistent source of information and expertise to help with the recovery efforts. Now that Fall and cooler weather is hopefully here, the situation will stabilize for a few months with a green lawn. I could not have done this by myself. I needed TruGreen and Scott Story to step up and do their major part.

Your mosquito treatment doesn't last very long. Mosquitoes are back with a vengeance.
