I wasn't home this last visit but I called Tru-Green about a month with some concerns with brown patches in the back yard. Juan came out and looked at it and re-assured me it wasn't bugs. I asked him about the dallisgrass as well. Dang weeds!

He seems very knowledgeable and is always very pleasant. When I did my "starter" service, I told him, I'll continue service "IF" my yard is the prettiest yard in the neighborhood. After the 2 treatments, I signed up for more. :)

I want to let you know that I'm very happy with Mathis Greer, our lawn specialist. He is extremely helpful in every way. I entered our pleasure with him in the last comments in the True Green Survey, but want to reiterate his professionalism and most friendly smile and personality. He also has a prompt response for ANY questions I may have and offers a bit of chit chat about what True Green has to offer. I do hope he continues our lawn service.

Agents seem to be well trained. I would prefer to have the same agent each time since he is familiar with my yard's problems and progress.

The service tech that comes out to perform your service (6654 - Randy Sanchez) is doing a great job for us. Our yard is really looking good. Randy is always courteous and helpful, really professional. Kudos to Randy. I'll use you all again next year.
