Pulled into my driveway as Darmarcus Britton was applying chemicals to my backyard lawn. He did a very thorough, complete application, not missing a blade of grass. Talked to him and explained a problem with a particular weed, which he also treated. Would prefer to have Darmarcus service my yard every application!

They ring the doorbell and/or give a courtesy knock to let you know they are at your house. The mosquito service is very effective. I no longer have mosquitoes flying around the front door, which is the main reason I decided to get the service.

As scheduled, I am pleased to report that my technician Scott Story arrived and applied some bug control and fertilizer to my lawn which was showing the beginning signs of bug infestation. On the previous scheduled application, the technician, whoever he was, did not show but forged the paperwork that he spent 17 minutes at my residence. After calling to report that I was left high and dry, three days later, Scott arrived to complete the job, and I sincerely appreciated the effort as all that was needed was to spread Sulphur granules. Scott has shown a genuine interest in the restoring results of my yard over the past 10 months and I commend him for that.
Sean Guidry is one of your best specialist. He took the time to explain the treatment being performed on the lawn and how it will thicken the lawn and improve the health and color. He seems to really take pride in his work and understands the ongoing issues on our lawn. I request that Sean continue to service our lawn since he's a very caring individual and seems to care about improving our lawn as much as we do. He's very professional. I request that Sean continue to treat our lawn because it's very important to have a caring specialist who knows our lawn and will continue to improve the lawn and knows the history of our lawn instead of sending a different specialist each time who has no knowledge of our lawn.

Today my yard was serviced by Sean Guidry. He knocked on the door, rang the doorbell. I didn't answer immediately and thought it was a neighbor kid. I had no prior phone call that my yard would be serviced today. I enjoyed speaking with Sean. He is truly knowledgable about landscaping treatments, laying of chemicals, soils. We had a discussion about the bare grass areas under one tree. I've thinned the tree(s), laid sod, grass seed (3 separate occasions), and watered the area until water runs to the street. Still, grass is not growing there. Sean made suggestions, told me what he would do today, and about his followup later. I look forward to speaking with him again, in a few weeks.
My specialist Mathis Greer was very kind and helpful. I liked that he said he would follow up in two weeks.

I am telling you that I have a heart shape dead grass spot in my front lawn.
I don't know if it FUNGUS or BUGS in the grass , but something is definite wrong.
