I have had TruGreen for a few years and they have done a good job. Last week they came out to service my lawn and the technician left our gate open in the backyard. I let my 1yr old dog out and wondered what was taking him so long to come back. I realized the gate was open and my dog was wandering around our busy street. It was not easy to get him back since he is still a puppy. It was a scary moment. They need to remember to close the gates.
