The technician, Charles Hurlahe, informed me he was coming. When he arrived at my residence, he knocked on the door. I was unavailable at the time. He treated the shrubs in my front yard, left my receipt, and finished the job.

I called with a situation having acquired a dog and concerned that future applications in the back yard could prove harmful to my dog. We had a lengthly conversation and decided on a game plan that would keep my dog safe. She is a retriever and likes to play fetch with a ball which gets coated with her saliva when we play . I was concerned the wet ball would pick up what ever was put down and we figured a way to keep her safe and my yard looking great.
