I have several local companies that treat lawns want my business, but I don't trust their work. When TruGreen does a service on our property, you can see the coverage lines, perfect every time. The equipment used is modern and good shape. TruGreen provides me with documentation showing what they applied, of each product, date, time and weather. The technician is experienced, focused and thoughtful.
Your service was exceptionally great and so was your service man. I would recommend him for any job. He did great work. Also, what ever it is you use to treat our lawn works very well.

I appreciate the notice of when service will be done. Trugreen seems to do a better job of weed control than our previous service, although some still weeds remain.
My yard d looks better after a couple of seasons with TruGreen. They always keep me well informed when they’re coming and leave me with a detailed report of their actions at the end of the visit. Price is a little bit more than if I did it myself but the time savings make it worth it.

I not only appreciate the quality customer service and excellent results of applications but I also enjoy speaking with Kelly Mitchell. Kelly is through in her response to questions or requests and I feel like I am heard when speaking with Kelly. Mel is our representative and I have worked with him over the past 7+ years. Mel is friendly and always in a pleasant mood when speaking with him. I honestly don't recall how long I have been with TruGreen but I know it works and the company cares about our satisfaction and that goes a long way towards keeping me (property manager) happy and proud of our facility because it looks well maintained.
