After each treatment, the lawn technician leaves a description report of the treatment he performed so I will know what was done that day. Another benefit from the report are recommendations for myself to take care of my lawn. I have already recommended your service to my new neighbors.

The service tech, fortunately for me, has been handling my account for a couple of years. His name is Bill Crisp. This guy is as professional as it gets. He always speaks to me when he first arrives and explains what he is scheduled to do each visit. When he finishes up we go over any issues that he may notice that need attention as well as how everything else is going. He has my property looking as good as it ever has. I'd like to thank Steve Garrett personally for seeing to it that Bill handles my account.
I like not having to purchase and apply the product myself. I DO NOT LIKE the fact that your Employees ring my doorbell to let me know they are at my house and going to apply a treatment. I work nightwork and routinely they wake me up when they ring the doorbell. The phone message the day before is adequate to advise me.
Charles Carter (my specialist) is doing a GREAT job. He is very friendly and always stops at my front door to let me know that he is here and is always ready to answer any questions that I might have about my lawn and the service that he is doing that day.
