It works and is convenient. However the price can be a bit more reasonable.
They come on the date and time as promised. They talk to us about the treatment if we're available. They leave a detailed description of what the treatment was and also what they observed. They're friendly and thorough.

We just started using your service and have been happy so far. I must say my new tech, Josh has been amazing. I called with weed issues and he came out and took the time to hear me out with my concerns and did a great job taking care of the problems. He assured me that he will have my lawn in great condition, but it wasn't something that would happen immediately, it would be a process. He convinced me I made the right decision to have TruGreen manage my lawn care. Josh is an outstanding representative of your brand!
I like the calls with notice that you are coming. Would like it to be a few days notice vs the 24 hour notice to help me plan any mowing.
Overall pleased with the service. Example, I sent an email to the supervisor and he made sure the tech got the email. Then the tech, (John) brought it and answered the questions that I had. That is very good customer service. Would ask that as they come out to continue to get the edges, (far ends of the property lines) more and stronger to keep the weeds from the other yards better protected. Seems like the very front and the very back get more weeds due to others or a little less coverage with the treatments. But overall very happy with the good customer service and overall lawn care.

I enjoyed the explanation relative to my particular service provided by the Lawn Specialist. He was able to explain to me the differences in the products used and what they were for in layman's terms. I also inquired about the weeds and how to ensure they would not return next season and the information he provided was easy to follow. As I watched him spread the mix over my yard, I noticed he didn't overlap any paths that the spreader had been and that I appreciated. Mr. Tavon Cheese of Branch #5820 was very informative and thorough.
Specialist Corey Berry stopped by today - very informational, very pleasant, excellent customer service. I feel like he actually cared about my lawn, and was willing to take the time to talk me through my questions. Not kidding...the best.

True greens employees are extremely knowledgeable, friendly, very patient when explaining the service provided...they make sure you understand your lawn in terms of types of grasses, insects and weeds and what is needed in terms of current and continued care ...
