EXCEPT FOR A FEW "BUMPS" IN THE ROAD, WHEN WE HAD AN ISSUE REGARDING SERVICE TO 3 PROPERTIES ON ONE CONTRACT, YOUR SERVICE HAS BEEN TIMELY, YOUR SERVICE PERSONS AGREEABLE, AND I APPRECIATE THE HEADS-UP TELEPHONE CALL THE DAY BEFORE THE TREATMENT.
My first year experience with Trugreen was 3 yrs. ago and I liked the results. However, this year I am disappointed. I recently complained that the grass in the back of my house appears to be dying after it had recently been growing green, thick and strong I had planted it last fall and it came up beautifully this spring. After getting your service this year my grass began thinning and turning somewhat brown. Your service states that you "guarantee" your work. I have not been contacted by a supervisor or service representative. A soil sample was collected by one of your technicians who told me I should get a result within a few days. That was 2 weeks ago. Can you guarantee to bring the grass in back of my yard back to the healthy green it had before?
On a good note I was visited by your technician David Deithorn for a mosquito treatment who was very knowledgeable, helpful and did an excellent job.

I'm normally not home at my time of service. I was home during my last service and had the opportunity to speak with the person who was there for the application. I can not locate his name as I am filling out this survey, but wanted to take the time to say he listened to my needs and concerns with our service (all good) and acted on them accordingly. I was very appreciative.

I started your service last year when my lawn was in terrible shape despite my previous efforts to use fertilizer/weed killer on it. My 2 acre lawn is now looking great thanks to TruGreen and a special thanks to Charles Carter who told me last year that he would get my lawn in top shape. One thing I especially like is the customer service. For example, Charles fertilized and weeded my lawn last week and 20 minutes after he left my lawn service came by and cut the lawn. When I called TruGreen to see if that would be a problem, they cheerfully setup another application. Charles came by and took care of that today. Great job TruGreen!

As my late mother first contacted you to service the lawn, and as I have continued the service, I have been very pleased with the overall appearance in both color and thickness of the turf, in general. The technician is polite and has a good attention to detail, when applying the chemicals and fertilizers to the lawn. If I inquire, regarding what he is applying to the lawn, he will take the time to explain what is taking place, and what the benefits to the lawn will be. I am most impressed by the fact that dandelions are essentially non-existent. They were a problem in the past. Thank you.
