The treatments work; in a very short period of time getting back with your regular service, my lawn improved immediately. No weeds, beautiful color and fuller grass. I also am impressed with the service technician. He seems very nice and knowledgeable.

Hi -
My large dog wound up with some seeping sores in all four paws and a foreleg. He want out just a little after both the tree & shrub and grass applications, but did not linger ... maybe a total of five minutes, and reasonably long after the application had been applied (like a day or so). I think we also had a strong local application to kill dandelions. Is there any probability that his issue is related to an application? Do the applications "reactivate" after a rainfall? We've had both your service and the dog for years without this being problem for him. Please let me know soonest ... he's taking a bunch of meds, and the steroid is causing a lot of grief.

Timely, professional, techs work with the needs of your lawn.
Consistency in the schedule of service; my lawn is, for the most part, much approved. There is an area in my backyard that has been less than than appectable, but no one advised me what to do to improve the problem. I did discuss this with the last service rep that visited and have done so in years past. Otherwise, I have been very happy with the service.
I like the personal touch of each service representative. My gorgeous, green, thick lawn is proof that 'it' works. Repeat service is offered if something requires more attention.
Grass has looked great for last 10 years.

My technician, Irwin Love, is a pleasure to deal with. His friendly demeanor, together with extensive knowledge and attention to detail, has helped us improve the health and appearance of our trees and shrubs. My dogwoods are blooming better than ever, and several bushes that were losing color have greatly improved. Too, he wasn't afraid to mention that I had "scalped" my myrtles....lol....but that they are hardy and should recover nicely.
I always enjoy when he knocks on the door and am completely confident in his ability to advise me of anything out of the ordinary.

I like that my service representative, for trees and shrubs, Irwin Love, always rings the door bell to let me know he is here and explains what he is doing for each treatment. Irwin always has a smile on his face and is always in a good mood. He explains what each treatment is for and always answers any questions I may have. He also offers advise for my trees and shrubs.
Irwin should get a gold star for his pleasant personality and hard work!

Robert Fraizer, our specialist, is very nice. Whenever we ask him anything about our lawn, he is able to answer it. He does a very thorough job and always acts very professionally. Our lawn is looking so much better. This is our 2nd year. Hopefully, it will stay nice. We know the weather also has something to do with it.
