He diagnosed and identified my lawn's problems and gave me excellent advice on how we should handle them. I'm now going to use TruGreen for lime applications in the future. He pointed out areas with crabgrass and wild violets and treated them appropriately!

Robert Starks, #118576 branch 5820, was great. He was very nice and informative. He explained the insect damage to my azalea bushes and gave me advice for further treatment. I gave him some small branches with the insects to examine, and Robert said he would try to identify the insects.
He also explained how insects can be transferred by my electric trimmer.
I was very pleased with his excellent work! He deserves a 10!

Lawn service always performed by courteous technician who advises us about the condition of our lawn. This is our second year and our lawn is definitely healthier and greener since the beginning. My only recommendation for improvement would be to give 24 -48 hours notice before scheduled service instead of the customary email the morning of service. When they came last week to aerate and seed, we had just returned from vacation the night brfore and our grass was much longer than we keep it. Wonder if it is as effective when grass is long as compared to the length we usually keep it. More notice would have helped us prepare our long so treatments are most beneficial. Thanks.
Our grass looks pretty good. Trees had bugs and TruGreen took care of that. Still some occasional weedy patches and doesn't look as nice as our neighbor's who has TruGreen, but we're content enough.

I liked it when the lawn care man would ring the bell to ask if I had any problems but now you do not do this.
They are always on time to take care of our lawn. I also like that they call before they come to take care of our lawn. There is one problem we still see weeds here and there. That is why I didn't give you a 10!

TruGreen employees are great at keeping our lawn looking great. They are very courteous and professional and go out of their way to get our application completed even when the weather is not cooperating.
Service is excellent and the technicians are absolutely professional and friendly. They make it a point of duty to speak to you and notify you what they are doing.
I still get weeds in my back yard this time of year. This happens every year. You think by now, that you would hit my yard hard this time of year with weed killer. My front yard always looks great.

This time the tech hit all the metrics. Answered our questions instead of deflecting. Left the door tech with a summary of services, etc. and so on.
Through all the years I've had service and many technicians, today Robert no. 118576 was extraordinary. Never one time has someone spent so much time with me going through all my trees, shrubs, etc. He took pictures showed me the type of bug I had and explained the disease. He actually gave me such good advice which I would have never known. He advised me not to trim my front shrubs after I had used trimmer on the disease ones as I could spread it, to clean blades first. He advised me to get the diseased leaves off the ground as soon as possible when they fell to avoid the disease spreading into the soil in case I had to plant new bushes. I've lost so many shrubs, trees, etc. and constant replacing and not once had anyone spent the time with me to help me solve the problem. He really soaked the leaves, after he left I shopped vac up hundreds of dead bugs on the patio. If theres a high rating of 10, then he should get a 20. I'm comparing him to all other techs and landscapers I have had through the years.

It is more difficult to keep a great looking lawn when you live in the country. But I have a great looking lawn - get comments all the time!
We had some problems a few years ago with our bushes but now they are doing much better. Need to work on the pachysandra!
