I was impressed that when I voiced a complaint that you addressed it immediately and your workers showed up and finished the job to my satisfaction.
I am not one to complain, but I DO feel that if you are going to do a job, it should be done right. The only way that new workers can learn the right way to do a job, is to be shown the right way in the first place, otherwise they will continue to "half do" a job and feel that is okay. All workers should do a job as if it has their name on it and would be proud to say "YES, I did that job".
I have had TRU-GREEN for a few years and would recommend them to anyone.
They always show on the day we are on the schedule, super friendly employees! If there is an issue, a tech is always called to come back quickly.

I do not have to buy fertilizer and weed killer, lift heavy bags, or do the work.
I am not really crazy about the pesticides because I love my bees and butterflies.

They have such a good streamlined process in place. Tony sends the email notification of what properties are being serviced (and what day) for the upcoming week. The service is completed and then usually the Monday after services were completed Kimberly sends me the service ticket. Tony is always accessible and he takes time to answer any questions I have. Kimberly is always so professional and lovely to communicate with.
Communication and overall attention to customer service are outstanding. We can already see the results and improvement within the first year of service. Many thanks to Tony and Kimberly, they are excellent assets to the TruGreen team.
