Usually, we like the fact that there are no weeds in the lawn...Right now we are having issues!
There is broadleaf, dandelion, wild violet, clover and some other kind of creeping small leaf weed.
You come when you say and we can track the truck.
This is the first year that I have been using TruGreen's service and, so far, I have to say that they have kept their promise regarding the timing and frequency as well as additional, not originally scheduled, applications.
Always give us advance notice telling us when they will be coming and always show up as scheduled. Lawn looks great!

Yesterday's treatment was very thorough. Technician was careful and covered the entire area.
Robert was very polite and patient , explaining and answering quite a few concerns. I found him to be very patient and thorough. Even though the heat and humidity were stifling, he covered the two acres. I would definitely give him the highest mark.

He diagnosed and identified my lawn's problems and gave me excellent advice on how we should handle them. I'm now going to use TruGreen for lime applications in the future. He pointed out areas with crabgrass and wild violets and treated them appropriately!

Robert Starks, #118576 branch 5820, was great. He was very nice and informative. He explained the insect damage to my azalea bushes and gave me advice for further treatment. I gave him some small branches with the insects to examine, and Robert said he would try to identify the insects.
He also explained how insects can be transferred by my electric trimmer.
I was very pleased with his excellent work! He deserves a 10!

Lawn service always performed by courteous technician who advises us about the condition of our lawn. This is our second year and our lawn is definitely healthier and greener since the beginning. My only recommendation for improvement would be to give 24 -48 hours notice before scheduled service instead of the customary email the morning of service. When they came last week to aerate and seed, we had just returned from vacation the night brfore and our grass was much longer than we keep it. Wonder if it is as effective when grass is long as compared to the length we usually keep it. More notice would have helped us prepare our long so treatments are most beneficial. Thanks.
Our grass looks pretty good. Trees had bugs and TruGreen took care of that. Still some occasional weedy patches and doesn't look as nice as our neighbor's who has TruGreen, but we're content enough.

I liked it when the lawn care man would ring the bell to ask if I had any problems but now you do not do this.
They are always on time to take care of our lawn. I also like that they call before they come to take care of our lawn. There is one problem we still see weeds here and there. That is why I didn't give you a 10!
