Aside from the fact that what you are doing works, I like the ability to speak with someone via phone or in person.
I always get notification prior to the visit able I am able to talk with the technician about watering, when and how long, as well as how to cut the grass and whether to leave the clippings in or not.
Definitely happy with this service.
You come and do your job and go away.
