The two men that came to my house today i believe from the Thorofare office were Jay and Shawn. They did a tremendous job and were also very informative. I had a huge problem the day before as i waited the entire day for someone to come and spray for mosquitos. I spoke to the call center 3 times that day and each time they assured me someone was coming out to spray. However, after waiting till after 7PM NO ONE showed up. Thank fully today a wonderful manager in the Thorofare office named Jennifer set up Jay and Shawn to come to my house and spray today. I am hoping i can have these 2 gentleman do my property each time I am due for a mosquito service.

I have been a customer for a long time (since 1995). initially, your service was very good and a good value. This was mostly due to having the same service specialist doing the applications each time. After a number of years a variety of specialists serviced my property, with variable results, (mostly only fair). This was especially true when your service people started using a "ride on" motorized spreader. It missed whole sections of my yard and tended to leave ruts in moist grass. It got to a point where I considered changing services. More recently, I have noticed much better results. I feel this was due to two reasons: The service person has been consistent ( Mark Pingon) and he is no longer using the motorized, ride on spreader. Thank you, and keep up the good work, MFK.

One of the things that I admired was that your speicialist Kem Hall Branch #5808 was very personable. He would always leave messages concerning the treatment of my lawn. However I had the pleasure of meeting him face to face. I did discuss my concern with the backyard and he carefully explained how to keep the yard up along with applying fertilizer to the much needed spots. Although I think True Green is a bit pricey, the services are good.
Overall high quality and attention to our lawn and its care, for many years now.

Business owner of a landscaping company in local area where my home is, Green Group LLC. Strategically not catering to fertlization knowing the importance we outsorce to Tru-Green for our accounts. There is a sicence to fertlization to which tru-Green has mastered, why challenge the years of service and knowledge that they have gathered tested and proven. I would highly recomend to any homeowner or business.
