I received a call and email prior to the service. Then Harry called me before he came so I could get the dogs out. I also spoke with Harry after the services. Harry always calls and is helpful with doing the fenced area first, which is where the dogs go. I always appreciate his help.

Everybody I have dealt with from TruGreen has been courteous and helpful. A gentleman named Dorian handled my recent shrub problem, where bugs were infesting a crepe myrtle. Dorian not only handled the spraying but he explained what to look for in the future so the problem could be handled promptly. This is my second year with TruGreen and the lawn has never looked this good.
