Upon arrival the technician made contact with me. He explained the function he was to perform. Should there be any issues he would advise me. After his departure, I received via email a report regarding his visitation.

Always give a heads up when coming. It would be helpful to have a two hour window. I have asked the technician call ahead so I can make sure the dogs have time to go out prior to an application. I let Kathleen know and she took car of it. I have a fence in yard and I need to be sure that the grass in the front and behind pool is receiving the same treatment as the rest of the lawn.
